1. Marketing StaffPlacement at Head Office 
Job Descriptions:
• Maintain and increase sales volume
• Setting up a new client prospects
• Analyzing financial data with the client's investment objective assessment of client
• Recommend appropriate investment strategies and profitable client
• Establish good communication with customers
• Have good quantitative skills
• Retain existing customers
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Creating sales reports
• Reported the company's sales activities to superiors 
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, Max. 35 Years old.
• Have experience 3 years. Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing or Management from 
10reputable university with GPA : 3,00
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positive mind set
• Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment
• Emerging ability to build relationship with line management
• Fluency both verbal and written English
• Computer literacy
• Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia

2. Legal StaffPlacement at Head Office 
Job Descriptions:
• Contract drafting/reviewing
• Limited legal due diligence in company legal documentation
• Limited legal due diligence in license/permit in hospitality industry
• Well knowledge in process of license/permit in hospitality industry
• Handling case with lawyer of company
• Well knowledge in hospitality industry
• Well knowledge in Labor Law
• Documentation and Filing 
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, Max. 35 Years old.
• Have experience 3 years. 
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable university with GPA : 3,00
• Good knowledge in law, corporate, contract and drafting
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positive mind set
• Emerging ability to build relationship with line management
• Fluency both verbal and written English
• Computer literacy
• Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia

3. Procurement Jr. ManagerPlacement at Head Office 
Job Descriptions:
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise procurement team service which include tender process, 
10contract/ purchase order management, sourcing, vendor / supplier/ contractor selection, 
10procurement data management, formalities, etc., to support operation/ project team 
10achieving the team goals.
• Develop and implement procurement procedure effectively and maintain its compliance to get 
10competitive and qualified service/ materials thru fair business practice.
• Develop planning, monitoring / tracking of procurement activities effectively
• Implement continuous procurement process improvement 
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, Max 35 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in engineering, business administration and management 
10with GPA : 3,00
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated, aware of detail operational process, and have positive mind set
• Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment
• Emerging ability to build relationship with line management
• Has observable emotional intelligence capacity, good in dealing with emotions in a credible manner
• Fluency both verbal and written English
• Computer literacy
• Has been minimum 3 years working experience in the last position as Procurement
• Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia

4. IT StaffQualifications:
• Male, max. 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / System Information from reputable university
• Min. 2 years experience in same position/network specialist in a multinational company
• Capable to work with one of this capabilities : PHP, Java, API, Web Server, back-end and 
10front-end development, HTML, Javascript, Jscript, Jquery, Web reporting
• Have a Proficiency with Corel Draw and Adobe PhotoShop
• Be able for network management software and admin software
• Good knowledge of IT operating systems
• Capable on troubleshooting
• Experience on web programmer 
• Hands on experience of installing IT Hardware and software
• Good organisational skill & time management
• Able work in a team or individual
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, both oral and written
• Fluent in oral and written English

5. Accounting & Finance ManagerQualifications:
• Male/Female, Max 42 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, Min GPA 3.00
• Min 10 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Have strong knowledge of principles and practices budgeting, accounting, and auditing
• Responsible for the management of all aspects of the accounting and financial functions
10including timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results, budgeting, 
10cash flow planning and management, taxation
• Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft, ERP system
• Good organizational skill & time management
• Detail, work-oriented, good analytic skill & communication skill
• Fluent in oral and written English 

6. General Affair Jr. ManagerQualifications:
• Male/Female, Max 35 years old
• Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major, with GPA : 3,00
• Min. 5 years experience of relevant working experience, with the last experiences in 
10managerial level
• Develop and set up policies related to General Affairs
• Conduct and analyse the needs of budget for the General Affair and Maintenance of
10all facilities and infrastructure support activities for the office
• Provide maintenance activities for all facilities and supporting infrastructure, 
10as well as the process of replacing the damaged facilities
• Create, run and improve work systems/procedures for General affairs and maintenance 
10of supporting facilities and working environment
• Identifying, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising operations, 
10as well as managing the staff General Affairs Departement
• Security Management
• Maintain and improve Emergency System
• Good organizational skill & time management
• Detail, work-oriented, good analytic skill & communication skill
• Fluent in oral and written English
