PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk - PT Bank BJB Tbk or known as "Bank BJB" is a public-listed regional development bank company in Indonesia, listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under reference code BJBR. Bank BJB is majority owned by the regional government (provincial, regency and municipal) in the West Java and Banten provinces. As of December 2016, Bank BJB is 38.26% owned by West Java provincial Government, 23.61% by Municipal Governments in West Java, 5.37% by Banten provincial Government, 7.76% by Municipal Governments in Banten and 25% remaining shares by investor and public shareholders. For total third party funds portfolio, Bank BJB recorded growth by 16.08% in 2016 to become Rp78.48 trillion.  Total third party in 2015 amounted to Rp67.60 trillion.

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum D3 in any field, except Medical/Nursing, Art/Literature/Culture, Education/Teacher Training, Religion.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Height and weight proportional.
• Graduated from a reputable university with minimum accreditation B.
• Retirement age 36 years.

General Requirements

• Strong analytical skill.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office. 
• Physically and mentally healthy, not color blind (total or partial) and free from the influence of narcotics and other addictive substances.
• Have good integrity, discipline and high commitment.
• No direct family currently working as an active employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
• Willing to be placed in all working area of Bank BJB.
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the program.
